CHRONIC PAIN CONTROL – The Alexander Technique

BE SURE THAT THIS IS DONE OUT LOUD!

(Be sure to answer immediately don't think about the answer because each time you ask the question,
if time is taken to think, the answer will change.)

Point to the Pain
If this pain could be put in a box.- what size and shape is it?
(Show me)
What color is the pain in the box? (use any color other than red)
If you could taste that pain, what flavor would it be?
If you could smell that pain, what fragrance would it have?
If you could fee that pain, what temperature would it be in
Fahrenheit degrees?

Point to the Pain again.
What size and shape box is it, in? (Show me)
What color is the pain in the box?
What flavor is the pain in the box?
What fragrance or odor is the pain in the box?
What temperature in Fahrenheit degrees is the pain in the box?

Point to the Pain again.
What size and shape box is it in? (Show me)
What color is the pain in the box?
What flavor is the pain in the box?
What fragrance or odor is the pain in the box?
What temperature is Fahrenheit degrees is the pain in the box?

KEEP REPEATING THE ABOVE UNTIL ALL THE PAIN IS GONE.

Why and How does it work? No one really knows. Somehow it gets endorphins to go to the area of the pain.
